As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and creative

Sales + Marketing Assistant

to join our team and support digital marketing, in-person events, and e-commerce efforts. This role reports to our Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Help reply to, manage, and flag social media inboxes and comments. Assist in creating and filming content as well as scheduling posts and stories for social media platforms. Run weekly Instagram Live shopping sessions. Assist with Brand Ambassador outreach and Influencer Partnerships. Create new products in Shopify on an ongoing basis. Merchandise and maintain collections. Prep for and assist on monthly product photoshoots. File and maintain an organized marketing drive. Keep Pinterest boards up to date with fresh images. Assist Sales Manager with markets and events as needed. Collaborate with the team to improve our Marketing + Sales departments. Other projects, duties and assignments as required from time-to-time. We are a small but mighty team and we all do a little bit of everything!

Requirements

Familiarity with Shopify and social media platforms is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks and projects. Willingness to be a face of the brand and on camera. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Positive attitude and a team player mindset. Willingness to adapt and contribute to a growing business. Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Must be able to work evenings as well as weekends and holidays as needed. Must be over 18 years old.
