Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the growth of our brand and enhancing customer engagement. Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing and social media. Support the management of our WordPress-based website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Help manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing. Analyze marketing data using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking. Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies. Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems is preferred. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management practices is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is advantageous but not required.
