Job Description
House Buyers Ontario is a disruptive Real Estate Company, based out of Toronto. Founded by 2 young, Toronto-based entrepreneurs in 2014. With 100% year over year growth since COVID-19 Pandemic, we've expanding at a rapid rate. We are now hiring a Sales Manager to acquire Property Management contracts.
This role is a hunter role, the business development manager will add clients to our growing 3500 property management contracts.
This role is a salary + commission role with aggressive, uncapped, commissions. On Target Earning are between $105,000-$135,000 CAD per year.
Key responsibilities are:
Identify landlords, condo boards, developers and asset managers Meet monthly targets to acquire new business Maintain relationship with your portfolio to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with operations for service Manage CRM
Skills and Experience needed:
Min 2 years experience in BD Property Management Role Sales-driven Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communications skills (enjoy dealing with people) Valid Driver's license Reliable Vehicle
