Our next chapter begins in Sarnia, where we're looking for a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead and grow the region.

You'll oversee approximately 300 units in the region, lead a team of three, and work directly with our Home Office to shape the future of Richmond's presence in Sarnia and the Lambton region. The Role
As the General Manager (Property Management) for Sarnia, you'll be the cornerstone of Richmond's Lambton regional operations, leading day-to-day activities, optimizing performance, and driving business growth. You'll combine hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring exceptional service delivery while positioning the business for continued expansion over time.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Business Development
Oversee and manage operations across 300+ residential units in the Lambton region.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3, fostering accountability and service excellence.
Achieve new business production to grow Richmond's footprint.
Build brand awareness through networking and community involvement.
Collaborate with the Home Office on long-term growth and scaling strategies.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and partners.
Oversee vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
Represent Richmond Property Management as the face of the brand in the Sarnia market.
Financial Management
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the region.
Ensure accurate financial tracking and performance reporting.
Deliver on P&L objectives and operational KPIs.
Operational Oversight
Manage property operations, leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Implement and maintain systems for rent collection, maintenance, and compliance.
Deliver exceptional leasing results for property owners, outstanding responsiveness to property owners and operational excellence.
Who You Are
Experienced in property management or real estate, ideally with leadership or regional oversight.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and motivated to build and scale a regional business.
A strong communicator and relationship builder that is likeable and leads with integrity.
Operationally sharp and comfortable managing both strategy and execution.
Collaborative, results-oriented, and ready to contribute to a growing success story.
