We're looking for a
Sales Manager
who leads from the front -- a hands-on closer, coach, and motivator who knows how to push for results while building a culture of accountability and success.

What You'll Do
Work directly with clients and the sales team to close deals and maximize results
Train, coach, and develop sales staff on process, communication, and deal structure
Manage daily operations -- from leads and appointments to deal flow and delivery
Support finance and BDC teams to ensure every opportunity is captured
Create an environment of ownership, professionalism, and team accountability
Collaborate with upper management to improve performance and drive dealership growth

What You Bring
2+ years of automotive sales management or senior sales experience
Proven track record of closing deals and leading by example
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Grit, determination, and drive to exceed goals
Diligence with paperwork and structured deal management
Valid driver's license and AMVIC license
