experienced Automotive Finance Manager
who is hungry for success and ready to take full ownership of the deal process.

dial-for-dollars
to make things happen.
What You'll Do
Work the
front & back-end
: guide clients, structure deals, secure approvals, and close
Manage
40-50+ warm leads every month
+ your own generation
Drive results with a proactive,
hustle-first mindset
Access
massive inventory
across 4 high-traffic dealerships
Deliver a concierge-style experience from
first call to final delivery

What You Bring
1+ year of
automotive sales or finance
experience (subprime a strong asset)
Proven closer with a strong work ethic and
self-starter mentality
AMVIC license (or willingness to obtain) + valid driver's license
Comfortable making calls, following up, and driving deals to the finish line
Important Note
This is
not
a "prime-only finance desk." If you're looking for a traditional finance-only role, this isn't the right fit. We need someone ready to
own the full deal process

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,500.00-$265,000.00 per year
