For over 15 years, Insta Auto Solutions has been a trusted name in Alberta's automotive industry. With four busy Edmonton locations and continued expansion, we're searching for a motivated Automotive Finance Manager who's ready to build a long-term career with a high-performance team.

This is a high-opportunity role where you'll manage your own clients from approval to delivery,supported by strong lead flow, dedicated training, and a company built for growth.

What You'll Do

Handle the full finance process from client approval to vehicle delivery Work 40-50+ HOT leads per month Build relationships, structure deals, and secure financing approvals Provide a professional, concierge-style experience for every customer Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and satisfied clients

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year of automotive sales or finance experience (subprime an asset) Proven closer with professional communication skills AMVIC license (or willingness to obtain) and valid driver's license Organized, self-motivated, and confident handling multiple deals
