Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of salespeople, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team performance

  • Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
