We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team at Gary Moe Mazda Lethbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales department of our dealership, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor used car inventory and trade appraisals
- Minimum of 2+ years of automotive sales management experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, products, and competitors.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
