Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and helping seniors and their families understand the benefits of our services. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of seniors in your community.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business development
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client care services and ensure seamless delivery

- Move in and around the lower Mainland cities for sales marketing meeting, building network and engagement with multiple centres related to seniors and disabled community.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Multi-linguistic preferred
- Strong negotiation and account management skills

Pay: $2,000.00-$7,000.00 per month
