About the Sales Development Representative (SDR) position
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to set up appointments with prospects for our clients. Your role will seek new business opportunities (Sales Qualified Leads) by contacting and developing relationships with the excellent contacts list.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience developing leads from follow-up calls to deliver quantifiable results. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from the first contact until setting up a meeting for our Tech Clients.

Ultimately, you will boost Purple Sales clients' results and contribute to their long-term business growth.
Sales Development Representative's responsibilities are:
Working as an extended team member to find new opportunities (SQL) for Purple Sales' Tech Clients in North America
Pitching executives in the Tech Industry & generating interest in SaaS solutions over the phone to ultimately set up a meeting
Manage day-to-day activities in sales tools to track your sales development results while reporting daily progress to your manager.
You are constantly learning Purple Sales' best practices to master your role and grow with us.
You will thrive as a Sales Development Representative if you:
Have 2+ Years of experience as a B2B SDR or BDR
Bilingual French is a plus
Are pro-active, resilient initiator who is excited about a career in Tech Sales
Are comfortable & experienced with cold calling
Have excellent communication skills
Agile on the tech stack, Purple Sales will train you
Are not afraid to participate in multiple projects simultaneously
Are a team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and results-driven
Are passionate about Sales

Status: Contractor or Employee
For Sales Development Representative SDR roles: Annual compensation aligned with the market in sales based on experience and qualification.
Substantial compensation (Base and Bonuses, Incentives) and rapid evolution to more senior sales roles based on results
