Donway Ford has been established for many years in the neighborhood, located in the heart of Scarborough with the intersection of Warden Ave. and Eglinton Ave. We are a busy store with lots of foot traffic. Responsibilities of a Sales and Leasing Consultant role:
Greeting customers and providing them high quality customer experience with information regarding vehicles for sale
Conducting demonstration of test drives of vehicles for sale
Quoting prices, overcoming objections of prospective customers, and preparing sales order forms/reports
Ensuring that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every customer
Following up on all leads from all sources
Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers
Answering customer inquiries via email, text, and phone;
Understand customer needs and deliver each the experience appropriate for each customer
Meet sales objectives
Conduct all sales in strict compliance with all OMVIC regulations, provincial and federal laws
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all models offered, including features/options and comparisons to competition
Coordinate all daily deliveries of sold units with customers.
Assist F&I team with preparation and review of all documentation for final delivery. Ensure that all related administrative processes are handled with accuracy, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures
Establish and maintain strong, professional working relationships with internal and external customers
Participate as a valued member of the Sales Team by training and liaising with colleagues and managers
Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be focused on customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and satisfaction
Report to Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
Keep up-to-date on product and market changes
What You Offer:
Previous automotive sales experience
Valid OMVIC license required
Valid Ontario G Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with good driving record
Self-motivated, confident, and high level of customer-central enthusiasm
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent listening skills
Must have the ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledgeable about provincial regulations and legislation, keeping abreast of any changes
Proven track record for setting and achieving performance goals. Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office applications (Outlook).
Highly effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders
Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
