Summary Statement Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales and Leasing Consultant (New and Used vehicles) has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and customer experience scores while maintaining compliance with all required provincial licenses and mandatory professional development courses. Qualifications Standard Specifications: Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the Sales Representative will posses the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Education \xc2\xb7 Completion of high school diploma or vocational equivalent is considered an asset Knowledge \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role, with retail vehicle sales considered an asset \xc2\xb7 Experience working with the following computer environments is considered an asset: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Outlook. Skills/Abilities/Attributes \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills \xc2\xb7 Commitment to sales excellence, including adherence to systems and process requirements \xc2\xb7 Inquisitive, empathetic, energetic and a team player \xc2\xb7 Ability to build long-standing and trusting customer relationships \xc2\xb7 Problem solving skills in order to resolve customer issues \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all mandatory training \xc2\xb7 An inherent affinity towards automobiles \xc2\xb7 High morale standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent information Required \xc2\xb7 Valid Ontario Drivers License and Clean Abstract \xc2\xb7 OMVIC Certification Accountabilities Sales Performance \xc2\xb7 Sell and deliver New and Used Vehicles by providing a high-quality customer experience \xc2\xb7 Ensure individual sales targets (sales volume, sales gross) are met or exceeded \xc2\xb7 Adhere to company sales processes and procedures \xc2\xb7 Promote ancillary products sold by F&I \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate CRM data and provide quality follow upon all un-sold opportunities within 12hrs or sooner \xc2\xb7 Assist in departmental merchandising efforts Professional Development \xc2\xb7 Participate in dealership Customer Experience training \xc2\xb7 Live our values as stated in the Employee Handbook \xc2\xb7 Maintain mandatory provincial licenses and safety certifications \xc2\xb7 Complete all mandatory manufacturer training \xc2\xb7 Adhere to all health and safety policies and protocols Customer Engagement \xc2\xb7 Building and nurturing a recurring business portfolio \xc2\xb7 Foster customer engagement initiatives and be active on social media \xc2\xb7 Be a company ambassador in and outside of the dealership Key Performance Indicators \xc2\xb7 Meet or exceed unit sales targets \xc2\xb7 Meet or exceed gross sales targets \xc2\xb7 Maintain Customer Viewpoint at group average or greater \xc2\xb7 Maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) at or above monthly OEM group average \xc2\xb7 Reply to e-leads within 15 minutes of the dealership receiving it Decision Making Authority \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Sales Manager to make final decision on deal strategy and customer engagement activities \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the day-to-day sales activities attributed to progressing deals and nurturing your sales funnel \xc2\xb7 Responsible for determining the priority of tasks within the scope of the position Working Conditions \xc2\xb7 Works in a climate-controlled office and outdoor seasonal conditions \xc2\xb7 Accompanying all test drives with customers on a pre-determined route Key Relationships \xc2\xb7 Internally: All employees \xc2\xb7 Externally: Customers, Wholesalers and Suppliers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year Benefits:
