Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage lead information and track interactions.
Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach out to prospective clients and introduce our products/services.
Communicate effectively with leads to understand their needs and qualify them for further engagement.
Negotiate terms with potential clients while maintaining a focus on building long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of business development principles and sales processes.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
