We are seeking a

Lead Generation Co-op Intern

for students enrolled in a

Canadian college or university co-op program

. This position is

strictly for students seeking co-op credit

and is

commission-based

, providing practical exposure to business development, client acquisition, and B2B sales.

Important: To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled in a co-op eligible program. TruWebz Studios Inc. will provide mentorship and structured learning, while the academic institution awards the co-op credit based on completion and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients across industries in Canada. Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and online directories. Maintain accurate lead records and track progress in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.). Assist in outreach campaigns to schedule discovery calls for the sales team. Collaborate with the business development team to refine lead strategies. Submit weekly reports and updates for evaluation by the co-op office (if required).

Skills & Requirements:

Must be enrolled in a

Canadian college/university co-op program

. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking tools is preferred. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Interest in web design, digital marketing, or sales is a plus.

CAD $200 - $500 per client conversion

(depending on project scope). No fixed stipend - earnings are tied to results.
