The Role:

We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated

Senior Lead Generation Experts

to spearhead our student enrollment growth. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will take full ownership of our

digital marketing and PPC campaigns

. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our lead generation strategy, with the primary goal of attracting and enrolling local students into our programs. Your expertise in

paid digital channels

will be key to delivering measurable results and fueling our college's success.

Key Responsibilities:



PPC Campaign Management:

Strategize, build, and manage high-performance PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok). This includes budget management, keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization to achieve enrollment targets.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate qualified leads and increase student enrollment from the Canadian market.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide regular, data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO.

Lead Nurturing:

Create and optimize lead nurturing campaigns through email marketing automation to guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Continuously test and refine website landing pages, forms, and user journeys to maximize lead and application conversions.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to ensure ABM College remains a leader in student recruitment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience

in a similar lead generation or digital marketing role, with a strong emphasis on PPC.

Demonstrated track record of success in achieving lead generation and conversion goals, preferably within the education, career college, or post-secondary sector.

Expert-level knowledge of

Google Ads

, Google Analytics, and other major digital advertising platforms. Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies. Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, from lead acquisition to conversion and enrollment. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to a non-technical audience. A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously.

Education:



A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
