The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven marketer who can plan and manage digital campaigns, improve SEO, and generate measurable results. You'll run targeted ads, create content that converts, and track performance to optimize ROI.
You'll also help centralize communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, email) and organize leads through our CRM (Monday.com) to improve efficiency and client experience.
This role also includes re-engaging past leads, increasing consultation bookings, and collaborating with the team to boost conversions and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
Manage ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Create landing pages and content focused on conversions.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
Manage and organize leads using Monday.com or similar CRM tools.
Coordinate marketing and sales strategies with the internal team.
Improve SEO rankings and expand brand visibility across Canada.
Re-engage past leads and maintain client loyalty through targeted follow-ups.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation.
Knowledge of online advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Experience in immigration, education, or service industries is an asset.
