Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

for a six-month contract (with the possibility of extension). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, is confident in sales conversations, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach (email, phone, and social media). Identify and pursue opportunities with schools, childcares, camps, and community organizations. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Work collaboratively with leadership to refine sales strategies and hit targets. Track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and results.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales and lead generation (B2B or education/childcare sector is an asset). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet goals. Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and outreach platforms.

Compensation



$25/hour, approximately 20 hours per week. Additional commission/bonus structure available based on performance.

Duration:

6 months (October 2025 - March 2026)

Possibility of extension

based on performance and business needs. Remote, flexible hours.
