Job Location

This is an office-based position at our headquarters in Calgary, Alberta. The Sales Executive will also be asked to travel across North America from time to time (max 25%)

What You Would Do as Sales Executive

You can connect with professionals at all levels and across multi-platforms. You are tech-savvy and enjoy leveraging the latest tools. You are an initiator, a fact-finder, and a closer! Specifically, here are the main duties and competencies that we envision:

Main Duties and Competencies

Your Duties Will Include
  • Exceed revenue growth targets and drive customer satisfaction
  • Identify, qualify and close opportunities; exceed growth and revenue targets
  • Effectively manage a range of opportunities, the associated reporting, and account planning to support the achievement of sales objectives
  • Demonstrate our solution to key client stakeholders ranging from Manager to C-Suite
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with, marketing, customer success, and development
  • Work closely with the marketing team to define and refine marketing assets, presentations, campaigns, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Work closely with Sales engineers to design custom implementation and integrations plans
  • Track sales activities in CRM
  • Support management in defining and refining sales processes and procedures
  • Contribute towards feature and module development roadmap
  • Negotiate commercial terms.
Required
  • Tech Savvy!
  • Willingness to embrace change in a rapidly evolving business
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in solution selling
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Ability to work closely with prospective clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges
  • Post-secondary education (BBA or BComm preferable)
  • Strong presentation skills to design and deliver effective online presentations to various stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to Travel within Canada and the United States
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in early-stage commercialization of startup companies
  • Previous experience working in, or selling to project-based organizations (EPCM, EPC, EPF, CM, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Experience working within HubSpot
