We are a fast-growing digital marketing and web development agency. Our goal is to help local businesses grow through effective online strategies. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive who thrives on closing deals, building new relationships, and consistently hitting targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals
Pitch digital marketing services (web design, social media management, SEO, paid ads, branding, etc.) to business owners and decision-makers
Book and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual) to present tailored solutions
Negotiate and close sales, ensuring monthly/quarterly targets are met or exceeded
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing leads through the full cycle (prospecting ? pitching ? closing ? follow-up)
Provide regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and results to management
Stay informed on digital marketing trends and competitors to sharpen your pitch
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community meetups to generate leads
Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage upselling and referrals
Qualifications
Confident with cold calling and direct selling
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to meet clients
