Overview


As a Sales Closer, you'll be responsible for converting

warm, pre-qualified leads

into long-term clients. You will conduct discovery and closing calls, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and negotiate deals that create mutual success. This role is highly performance-driven with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct discovery, strategy, and closing calls with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling). Confidently pitch and present our digital marketing solutions. Understand client goals and pain points to recommend customized strategies. Overcome objections, manage follow-ups, and secure commitments. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close win-win deals. Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates. Keep CRM updated with accurate records and provide weekly sales reports.

Qualifications



? 2+ years of proven sales closing experience (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B services).
? Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
? Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).
? Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close.io, etc.).
? Self-driven, goal-oriented, and consistently exceeding quotas.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):



Experience in a digital agency or fast-paced startup. Success in selling high-ticket, retainer, or recurring service packages. Familiarity with key marketing metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.).

Compensation



Base Salary + Commission OR Commission-Only (depending on structure)
