Position Summary





We're looking for a

Sales and Events Coordinator

to support our growing team! The individual will be responsible for working within our residential Sales & Marketing group to coordinate event activity through our partner buildings, manage our partner leads program, and provide general support to partner inquiries. This role will be a critical enabler to the long-term success of our residential sales organization.


Roles & Responsibilities




Work closely with sales and marketing management to identify, book, and facilitate the execution of in-building events. Coordinate and book event activity with partner property managers and PMs, acting as a central point of contact for event activity. Act as a facilitator between sales & marketing to ensure all marketing-related materials are deployed when new buildings come on-net and new developments begin to occupy. Foster internal collaboration to ensure business needs are met through increased event activity, ensuring adherence to event volumes allowed per individual agreements. Partner internally on cross-functional marketing initiatives, working closely with product, sales, customer success, and creative teams to achieve shared goals. Support development of lead management systems to capture and convert residents into customers. Maintain a broad knowledge of competitive markets and sales techniques. Coordinate with various groups within the company to meet sales targets. Continuously drive improvements in programs, practices, and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications




Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field. Experience in B2C marketing is an asset. 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordinator, events management, or brand activation role, ideally in a consumer sales environment. Canva and/or Adobe Creative experience is an asset. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to standardize data collection and create processes that allow for easy tracking and reporting on key metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
