Now we're looking for a driven Sales & Events Coordinator to join our crew and help take our group and corporate sales to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and generate new leads through networking, outreach, and inbound inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, community groups, schools, and sports organizations.
Create customized proposals and entertainment packages tailored to client needs.
Drive sales for group bookings, corporate events, birthdays, and private parties.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell add-ons such as catering, drink packages, arcade credits, or simulators.
Maintain detailed records of leads, contacts, and bookings in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Support the Marketing & Events Managers in implementing sales strategies that align with business goals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication of event details.
Represent PowerPlay at trade shows, networking events, and community initiatives.
Provide post-event follow-up to collect client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Keep up to date on entertainment and hospitality trends to identify new business opportunities.
Assist with the activation of promotions and campaigns that drive new bookings.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance for management review.
Contribute ideas to improve the overall sales process and customer journey.
