ResQ is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join our sales team and help us take ResQ to the next level. As the team that manages our sales tech-stack, this is an exciting opportunity that provides high impact results. From a mission perspective, you will play a pivotal role by building out the tools that establish a replicable sales process across all channels.

What you will do:
As a Sales Enablement Lead at ResQ, you will learn how to support a best-in-class sales organization. Specifically, you will be contributing in the following areas:
Sales Tech Stack \xf0\x9f\x96\xa5\xef\xb8\x8f: Having ownership of the sales tech stack and database resources. These currently include Salesforce product suite, Gong, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and others. This role will align on best practices and processes to maximize return on our tech stack and sources.
Process and Documentation \xf0\x9f\x93\x9c: Taking ownership of process and documentation of a replicable sales process
Budgeting\xf0\x9f\x92\xb2: Responsible for managing tech stack budget and finding opportunities for cost savings
Lead Database \xf0\x9f\x92\xbb: Creation of a repeatable lead-database workflow
Training and Development\xf0\x9f\x93\x9a: Training and upskilling new and existing sales reps on best practices, sales process, and systems that allow them to methodically work on prospects at the account level with maximum efficiency. Organize quarterly Sales Kickoffs to align around changes to strategy and new processes or tools we are implementing.
Travel\xf0\x9f\x8c\x8f: Travel to our core markets of Toronto, New York, Miami, and Austin to complete live training sessions with our newly hired and existing sales reps.
Who you are:
A sales enablement professional with at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, or expanding sales organization.
Experience with a wide variety of enablement tools from CRM to contract capture, to rep outreach.
Experience with vetting and implementing enablement tools and tech including (SFDC, Gong, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, Pareto, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
2+ years experience using Salesforce (SFDC)

Stage 3\xef\xb8\x8f\xe2\x83\xa3 : A virtual interview with our Head of Sales who will ask you more in depth questions about your experience and skills. Come with questions! If this call goes well and we both want to move forward with each other we will ask you to complete an assignment for your next and final call.
Stage 4\xef\xb8\x8f\xe2\x83\xa3: Virtual or in person interviews with our Head of Marketplace Ops, Revenue Ops Lead, and at least one of our Sales Managers.
Stage 5\xef\xb8\x8f\xe2\x83\xa3 : This is the final stage in the interview process and we will ask you to meet with our CEO, KJ. This will be an informal meeting and will give you an opportunity to learn more about ResQ\'s vision and mission. KJ will also ask you some more questions and he will, of course, be able to answer any additional questions you might have.
