On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

The role: Inside Sales Team Lead
Location: Burlington head office (in office position)

Our client produces engaging workplace safety training video content that is used and viewed by organizations around the world. Our client\'s simple to use training and compliance platform can cover every major workplace issue, across every vertical of business.

After a strong year with over 45% growth, the team is ready to expand. We are looking for a player-coach who is truly passionate about sales and would love to mentor 11 reps as the Team Lead. This position offers lots more room for continued growth, and has a direct path to become a Sales Manager within a rapid timeline.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary of $90k CAD
• Additional bonus of $10k based on team performance (paid quarterly)
• 4 weeks of vacation to start
• Annual Health Spending Account of $6000 to be applied against health, dental, vision, physio etc.
• Company Pension Plan

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably with a background in SaaS
• Proven history of driving revenue above quota expectations
• 6-12 months of leadership experience, or clear leadership potential
• Low ego, highly coachable, and naturally curious
• A genuine passion for sales, mentoring, and learning
• Must be able to commute to Burlington office 5 days a week
