Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and satisfactory delivery of new and pre-owned vehicle to our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service during each delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

We are specifically looking for camera-friendly and internet savvy individual with a comprehensive understanding of social media and customer service.

Duties

Verify delivery information and ensure accuracy before the delivery time slot Explain pertinent features about the vehicle and spend minimum of half an hour with every customer Maintain communication with sales, customers, service, and managers. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Assist with sales with availability of the delivery vehicle before PDI/safety check ups. Ensure completion of every manufacturer guidelines, including but not limited to, on-boarding process for KIa Connect. Completion of CSI according to factory guideline is a must. Minimum of CSI 100% target on average.

Experience

Previous Automotive Environment is a Must A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. A commitment to upholding safety standards at all times.
