Sales & Delivery Specialist

to join our expanding team at a well-established and growing craft brewery in Bay Roberts, Newfoundland and Labrador!

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for craft beer and can help us strengthen our relationships with existing customers, expand our reach, and ensure our products get into the hands of craft beer lovers across the province.

What You'll Do:

Manage weekly sales to a diverse customer base, including bars, restaurants, retail, and NLC locations. Create digital sales flyers and other promotional materials. Outreach to customers each week with our available product offerings. Keep accurate records and spreadsheets. Create and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices. Issue customer credits for product returns or damaged product when necessary. Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Actively seek opportunities to grow our customer base and increase sales. Deliver our beer products throughout Newfoundland, ensuring timely and professional service and connecting with store owners and managers to foster our relationships. Maintain delivery records, manage inventory, and product merchandising in store locations. Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Self-motivated, organized, and energetic. Professional, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital content software such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar. Experience with invoicing using software such as Square or similar. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required. Must be comfortable driving throughout Newfoundland. Company van and fuel is provided for deliveries. Ability to lift and handle cases and kegs of beer (up to 90 lbs). Experience in sales, delivery, or beverage distribution is a strong asset Passion for craft beer and knowledge of the industry is a big plus

Hours can vary from 24-40 hours (or more) per week, depending on sales volumes. Most of the year will be closer to full-time hours.
