+ Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
+ Manage onboarding of new customers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
+ Track customer accounts, follow up on service requests, and ensure SLAs are met.
+ Handle escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Market & Product Knowledge
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client's product portfolio, telecom technologies, and market trends.
Provide insights to sales and technical teams on emerging customer needs and competitive positioning.

Ability to explain technical telecom solutions to non-technical clients.
