to join our Abbotsford, BC team. This role is all about organization, communication, and teamwork--helping our Sales and Service Departments run smoothly, keeping customers happy, and ensuring our inventory and marketing operations are top-notch.
What You'll Do
As an Inventory & Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of dealership operations, supporting order management, sales, marketing, and events. Your responsibilities will include:
Order Administration & Inventory Management
Coordinate and process stocking inventory orders, including setup, approvals, communication with manufacturers, and invoice confirmations
Manage specifications, pricing, and exchange rate updates in our POS system
Liaise with the Service Department on in-stock inventory repairs
Maintain accurate electronic and physical files for both on-order and in-stock units
Execute and administer the inventory pricing strategy set by Sales Managers
Lead social media content creation and posting to promote inventory and drive leads
Sales & Lead Management Support
Track dealer spiffs and sales policy approvals in coordination with monthly manufacturer statements
Manage sales documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate service estimates requiring Sales Manager approval
Administer the Footsteps Lead Management System, ensuring CRM entries match daily traffic logs and customer follow-ups are timely
Update internal tools like the WOW Board, Hot Alerts, and Previously Used Board
Promote specials and products through videos and social media content
Marketing & Website Administration
Provide advertising details to the Marketing Department
Manage unit listings on the company website, including photos, specifications, and pricing
Replenish brochures and point-of-purchase materials in a timely manner
Scheduling & Staffing Support
Create and update sales staff schedules up to 60 days in advance under Sales Management guidance
Provide reception coverage as needed and assist with opening or closing the dealership
Event & Show Planning
Support off-site sales events and RV shows, coordinating logistics, staffing, and promotional materials
Maintain event checklists and timelines, ensuring brand compliance
Assist with post-event reporting and lead reconciliation
Other Duties
Perform other tasks as directed by Sales Managers in support of dealership operations
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, administration, or related field is a plus
2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in RV, automotive, or recreational products
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in social media posting with an understanding of business ethics and Fraserway values
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
