Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated, self-driven

Installer and Sales Associate

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong people skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to control their own income. You will be responsible for generating leads, educating clients, and closing sales for the installation of our premium security films on residential and commercial windows, as well as doing measurements, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, door-to-door outreach, and referral partnerships Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand client needs and provide product recommendations Educate clients on the benefits and features of Durafilm's security film products Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and close deals Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth handoff and satisfied customer experience Maintain a CRM to track leads, sales activity, and client interactions Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and best sales practices Measure windows, install security film

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or B2B services Must have drivers license and vehicle Experience with security films, PPF, caulking - an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client visits Basic understanding of windows, glazing, or film products - preferred

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
