POSITION OVERVIEW



Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the

Sales & Marketing Associate

will support both lead generation and marketing activities, but with a strong focus on

sales outreach, account onboarding, and client engagement

. You'll play a key role in connecting with prospects, nurturing leads, and collaborating on marketing campaigns that drive meaningful results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


The

Sales & Marketing Associate

plays a critical role in driving new business and supporting account growth. This role is focused on sales outreach, lead qualification, and client onboarding, while also contributing to marketing initiatives that align with our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. You'll connect directly with prospects, support the sales pipeline, and help shape marketing efforts based on client feedback and market insights.

Sales Development & Lead Generation



Support lead generation by researching prospects and engaging them through outbound communication and internal tools. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing fit and readiness. Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel and support overall sales goals. Build rapport by understanding client needs and delivering tailored messaging. Assist in onboarding new accounts and ensure a smooth transition from lead to client. Monitor active accounts and flag upsell or re-engagement opportunities.

Marketing Support & Campaign Collaboration



Support the execution of outbound campaigns, email marketing, and ABM initiatives. Translate insights from client conversations into actionable feedback for the marketing team. Conduct industry research to identify trends and help shape campaign direction. Help manage marketing collateral, digital tools, and calendar updates.

CRM & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and client data in HubSpot CRM. Track and report on campaign performance, outreach effectiveness, and sales KPIs. Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent data hygiene within the CRM.

Reliable at managing follow-ups, updating CRM records, and keeping tasks on track in a fast-paced environment.

Resilient & Goal-Oriented:

Motivated by targets. Handles objections well and maintains momentum.

Adaptable & Tech-Comfortable:

Eager to learn and proficient with platforms like Microsoft Office, G Suite, and CRM/email systems. Bonus if familiar with HubSpot.

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES



Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and interest in sales/marketing are encouraged to apply. Marketing or campaign coordination experience is helpful but not required.
Training will be provided for systems and tools.

EDUCATION



A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial but not required - proven experience in sales/marketing is highly valued.
