Senior Sales and Operations Associate.
This is a key position designed to strengthen leadership at the location level, expand our market presence, nurture customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth through strong team and operational management.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced leader for the role of Senior Sales & Operations Associate, responsible for overseeing both customer-facing sales and internal operational functions. In this hybrid management role, you will drive sales, build strong client relationships, and take ownership of daily business operations to ensure alignment with company goals. As a senior team member, you'll supervise and mentor junior staff, contribute to process improvements, and uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence through leadership and hands-on involvement.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to lead within a fast-paced, cross-functional, and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations, particularly around pool and outdoor solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, pricing, promotions, and seasonal trends.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Lead merchandising initiatives, including restocking shelves and creating product displays.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and take ownership of resolving escalated customer concerns.
Manage order coordination, including logistics communication and delivery scheduling, to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to junior sales staff, helping develop skills and ensure a consistent, high-level customer experience.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product issues, and sales opportunities.
Oversee daily operations and coordinate cross-departmental workflows to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Manage inventory oversight, staff scheduling, and vendor coordination to support operational needs.
Perform data entry, reporting, and admin tasks.
Identify process improvements and lead implementation to drive efficiency and performance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with company policies and operational standards.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated experience in a management role, including leading teams, setting priorities, and driving performance.
Experience in the leisure or pool industry is ideal, including understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the market.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
Previous experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
