Universal Truck and Trailer is Atlantic Canada's largest heavy-duty truck and trailer dealership featuring the most up-to-date dealer service bays in Southern New Brunswick. We are an authorized sales, service, parts and warranty dealership for premium products Freightliner and Western Star Trucks. In addition, we service most makes and models for class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles, including luxury class RV's. We focus on exceeding customer requirements through continuously developing our team and building technical capabilities.
We currently have an opening in our Dieppe location for a Sales & Marketing Administrator. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly, have a desire to work with a dynamic sales team and develop our marketing tools to promote our brand. Having strong marketing and advertising experience, being comfortable with social media and willing to work with our social committee to support company events are essential for this position.
Key focuses of the role are: 1) Supporting our Sales Representatives Team with handling everyday administrative tasks and providing weekly reports; 2) Supporting Marketing, Communication, and advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Engage and communicate with the Sales Representative to ensure prompt customer and truck orders.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain and expand company database of customers and sales prospects
\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain sales report on a weekly and monthly basis
\xc2\xb7 Conduct marketing efforts by promoting equipment on platforms such as Kijiji, Autotrader and on our website.
\xc2\xb7 Promote the companys existing brand and introduce new marketing ideas
\xc2\xb7 Manage and create social media posting of our brand all while maintaining a close relationship with our head office communication department
\xc2\xb7 Create monthly parts and service flyers to increase product awareness
\xc2\xb7 Provide support in the creation of our monthly newsletter
\xc2\xb7 Make introductory phone calls and schedule customer meetings to source new business
\xc2\xb7 Conduct outbound follow-up to existing customers via telephone call and email
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Post-Secondary Education in a related field
\xc2\xb7 B2B sales experience will be considered an asset
\xc2\xb7 Marketing experience
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and administrative skills
\xc2\xb7 Must be comfortable soliciting new and existing clients on the phone
\xc2\xb7 Energetic and eager to learn
\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with technology and learning new applications
\xc2\xb7 Experience in the transportation industry would be considered an asset
\xc2\xb7 Bilingual preferred
