About the position

The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing teams and the processes they employ. You will be working closely with our CEO to complete tasks such as:

• Work closely with the CEO and senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that supports the company\'s overall mission and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve the product strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; customers, distributors, affiliates, and internal teams.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics and goals for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
• Keep abreast of, select, and implement appropriate sales and marketing technology, such as CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, data analytics, etc

Required qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Desired qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales and/or marketing management role in industrial testing equipment or optical sensing equipment
• Experience selling products internationally
• Background with a knowledge of technology, cameras, lighting, and lenses
• Online marketing and advertising knowledge

Perks, Compensation and Benefits

As a full time employee, you will be compensated on a salary based on experience and skills, between $95,000 - $150,000 CAD. You will receive full benefits that include hybrid work from home, health, dental, optical, prescription, RRSP with matching and a Health/Lifestyle Spending Account.
