Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are to maximize the retention of our lease and finance portfolio
You will prepare various reports, containing the ratio of retail sales to leases, renewal percentages
You will be the first contact to all our guests in our portfolio and then follow-up with sales advisors throughout the renewal process
You will manage lease returns, including booking appointments, examining vehicles and delivering any related reports
You will work with the New/Pre-owned managers to ensure all opportunities are maximized
Assist with planning monthly and yearly objectives for sales
Assist with desking, training & coaching sales advisors
Assist with reviewing the sales advisor's floor traffic performance
Follow up with the sales advisor to determine the status of each of the sales leads
Administer all leasing documentation and maintain detailed files on all leasing transactions
Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management
Qualifications:
Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills
Positive and upbeat attitude
Results-driven
Management experience is an asset
Minimum of 2-4 years of automotive experience required
Valid OMVIC License in good standing
Class G Driver's License
