Duties
Sales Duties
Respond to online leads, handle sales calls, and walk-ins.
Qualify and assess customer needs, present suitable vehicle, facilitate test drives, and manage sales for our clients.
Keep CRM notes accurate; follow up with prospects and past clients.
Support vehicle presentation, and lot organization. Assist in securing financing approvals through lenders; offer and explain options clearly and compliantly.Present and sell protection products.Prepare all documemts accurately (bill of sale, loan docs, registrations).
Deliver an exceptional customer delivery ensuring customers leave confident and satisfied.
Maintain OMVIC and lender compliance standards; keep deal jackets audit-ready.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
2+ years of automotive sales and or finance (F&I) experience; stronger closers from retail sales may be considered.
OMVIC registration (or ability to obtain quickly).
Excellent communication, follow-up, and customer service skills.
Comfort handling both front-end sales and back-end finance.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
