Location: West Island - On-Site

- 4 personal/sick days per year for your peace of mindMain Role:This role involves providing comprehensive customer support through multiple channels, managing sales orders, collaborating with sales teams, and building strong customer relationships.You will support purchasing activities, provide technical assistance in aerospace systems, and maintain CRM records.Additionally, you will monitor market trends, generate sales reports, and contribute to improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.We would love to meet:- 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience with a product within manufacturing, distribution and or aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in spoken French required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software or an ERP system and knowledged with using the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of FAA, TCCA, and EASA regulations, as well as aerospace quality standards (AS9100), is a plus.
- Prior experience working with aerospace OEMs or suppliers is an advantage.Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
