We are currently hiring a Sales and Customer Support Trainee to join our team and help our clients achieve growth results with personalized customer service and sales experiences that generate brand recognition and long-term satisfaction. In the Sales and Customer Support Trainee role, you'll gain expertise in consulting, sales, customer service, and leadership. The ideal candidate for the Sales and Customer Support Trainee role is a strong communicator, naturally empathetic, and driven to deliver results while contributing to our culture of innovation and collaboration.

As A Sales and Customer Support Trainee, You Will Be Responsible To:



Help customers understand our clients' products and services in a clear, engaging way Build trust and long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Guide qualified customers through the sales process with proven professional and service tactics Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Support team members to meet shared sales goals and support daily operations Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings Represent client brands with integrity and consistency across every interaction

Qualifications of the Sales and Customer Support Trainee:



1+ year of customer service or sales experience (preferred) Natural relationship-builder Motivated, coachable, and team-focused Interested in developing leadership skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Tenacious and dedicated to reinforcing the core values of unbelievable customer support
