Overview

The Sales Analytical Coordinator is an integral business partner to the Sales team. This individual will be responsible for building reports and tracking sales and operations performance on a weekly, periodic, and annual basis to ensure accurate data flow and recommendations can be made for the internal business and customer team.

Responsibilities
  • Working with data from various customers\xe2\x80\x99 portals to provide weekly business snapshots, track new product launches, promotion effectiveness, and more
  • Analyzing and interpreting sales & operations data to develop insights and build a story catered to a customer recommendation
  • Managing various scorecards to address the opportunities or issues based on the data
  • Compiling reports using data obtained from Microsoft PowerBI, Access and/or customer portals
  • Manage period-end updates, reporting, and meetings
  • Supporting sales and/or operations team on any ad hoc reporting requests
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business/Commerce/Economics or relevant field
  • 0 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with analytical or sales background
  • Self-motivated individual with a high energy level and a progressive business attitude
  • Proven ability to effectively navigate organizational complexity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to new situations with flexibility, and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, understanding of PowerBI is an asset
  • Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to accuracy and quality of data, and diligent in seeking accurate and reliable source data
