Position: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Etobicoke, 100% on-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator join their team in Etobicoke. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be facilitating the team\'s activities and communications by being a liaison for the outside Sales Rep and Purchasing and Operations departments.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Doing a detailed review of takeoff sheets and entering them into system for quoting
- Coordinating and liaising with sales representatives to verify information on takeoff
- Coordinating delivery dates with operations
- Being responsible for verifying that CAD drawings are correct and complete
- Being responsible for charging the customer a deposit and processing the quote to an order
- Managing and investigation of any issues or changes in the order and liaising between the sales representative and internally specific to house lots
- Maintaining customer information in the system
- Other responsibilities based on the changing needs of the business or its customers/accounts
Skills Required:
- College/University education required
- Customer/Account Service - responds quickly and adequately to roadblocks and issues that interfere with the order
- Sales processing - processes quotes and orders within guidelines
- Interpersonal skills - build rapport with customer
- Organizational skills - multitasks and prioritizes customer requests and administrative workload effectively
- Communication skills - communicates well within the organization to meet customer requirements (accounting, operations, and outside sales team)
- Teamwork - works responsively and collaboratively with teammates, shares information in a timely manner, ability to work with others to resolve outstanding issues

- Turnaround of entry
- Number of customer complaints or errors with orders
- Customer satisfaction results
- Response time to resolve any problems with customer\'s orders
- Adhere to operating and sales procedures
- Respectful, accurate, and timely communication with others
