Position: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $52K (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, hybrid (after training period), 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.Join a leading company in fashion industry that is rapidly growing and striving with success in both Canada and US.You will be working closely and collaborating with sales team and representatives on the field to ensure seamless customer order coordination and service. You will not be selling but supporting customers regarding their orders.What is offered to you:- 3 weeks of vacation per year

- Completed High School Diploma or higher completed education
- Experience working closely with sales representatives (asset)
- Strong ability and skills in learning new tools and software
- Good knowledge of using computersMain Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support by processing orders and returns, verifying and processing sales representative orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage special requests and escalations
- Streamline the process for new product releases
- Respond to customer calls, placing order requests, answering questions in regards to orders status and or deliveries
- Advise customers on product availability and or selection to ensure their needs are met
