As a Sales Administrative Assistant at Capital Hyundai, you'll support the Sales team by managing financial documents and ensuring smooth processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and submitting customer information for vehicle funding
Preparing, recording, and processing vehicle deliveries, maintaining the Sales Excel file, and managing stock-in trades (pre-owned vehicles) in CDK
Collaborating with the Sales Manager to review customer files before deal closure and delivering them to the Accounting Department
Creating files and stock cards for new vehicles upon arrival
Updating KeyTrak with accurate vehicle information
Managing sold vehicle orders and updates
Working with the Service Department to close all open ROs on sales vehicles accurately
Conducting monthly follow-ups on manufacturer receivables
Reporting any irregularities or discrepancies to the manager and suggesting process improvements
Ensuring all documents meet company standards for authorization, accuracy, and completeness
Performing other duties as assigned to meet company objectives
