We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position combines administrative support with sales and marketing responsibilities, helping to manage office operations, support the sales process, and assist with client communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with quotes, invoices, and client follow-ups
Manage and update customer records in the CRM platform
Create and manage email campaigns to support marketing efforts
Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Make B2B cold calls to generate new leads and sales opportunities
Prepare and organize reports, proposals, and presentations
Perform bookkeeping and data entry using QuickBooks
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Prepare and organize documents, records, and files
Manage social media accounts; create posts, reels, and stories for Instagram and Facebook
Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks, and CRM platforms
Experience creating and managing email campaigns (HubSpot experience is an asset)
Comfortable making B2B cold calls to drive sales growth
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
Previous administrative experience is an asset
Proficiency in MEP AutoCAD and MEP Revit is a bonus
