We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively while prioritizing daily responsibilities. A background in Sales or Customer Service is essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication, organizational skills as well as a willingness to learn about large household appliances. They must have great customer service, and be fluent in English. Wages and hours to be discussed with the hired candidate and will be based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
-Respond to emails, and social media messages etc.
-Be comfortable using social media posts, listings and advertisements
-Write up work orders and invoices
-Collect customer payments
-Price and order parts for appliances
-Assist with appliance sales and loading
-Keep the store front clean and organized
Requirements:
-Prior experience in sales or customer service
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-Able to handle both administrative and hands-on tasks
