Job Description

Position Overview:

The Sales & Customer Experience Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing customer

relationships, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to generate and convert leads.

This role ensures customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey, from inquiry to installation.

This position will have a base pay plus commission on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

? Work closely with digital marketing to align campaigns with sales initiatives.

? Follow up on digital leads, social media inquiries, and referrals.

? Provide personalized consultations on stone selection and project planning.

? Generate quotes, process orders, and track sales performance.

? Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate customer data entry.

? Coordinate with the production and installation teams for scheduling and customer

updates.

? Assist in showroom management, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.

? Seek out networking opportunities and build relationships with local contractors, realtors,

and designers.

? Monitor customer feedback and address concerns to enhance customer experience.

? Meet and exceed sales targets with an opportunity for performance-based bonuses.

? Organize and attend home shows

Qualifications & Skills:

? Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in construction, home

improvement, or countertops is a plus).

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

? Comfort with technology, CRM software, and digital communication tools.

? Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

? Valid driver's license preferred for off-site consultations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
