Based out of the Electrical Division Edmonton (EDE) location, the Sales Administrative Assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the sales department. They perform various administrative tasks, including organizing and updating files, scheduling meetings and appointments, updating Sales CRM, taking accurate minutes of the meeting, consolidating proposals and maintaining office supplies. They also handle correspondence, assist with applications engineering and project management, and coordinate meetings and events. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
