About the Company Starmaker Distribution is a Wholesale Distributor of Generic and Licensed items ranging from sports to kid\xe2\x80\x99s items. We have over 10,000 different products spanning 300 categories. We are our customers one stop shop for all their General Merchandise needs. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team to help with our growing products in the US and Canada. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success \xc2\xb7 Develop positive relationships with clients \xc2\xb7 Act as the point of contact and handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 individual needs \xc2\xb7 Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks \xc2\xb7 Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase \xc2\xb7 Report on the status of accounts and transactions \xc2\xb7 Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives \xc2\xb7 Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) \xc2\xb7 Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) \xc2\xb7 Understanding of sales performance metrics \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time \xc2\xb7 Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
