We are currently seeking remote Sales Account Managers based in the following Canadian locations:

  • Calgary, Alberta
  • Kelowna, British Columbia
  • Kingston, Ontario
  • Manitoba, Canada
  • Moncton, New Brunswick - Bilingual (French)
  • Regina, Saskatchewan

What you’ll do here:
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with current accounts at a rate of 95%+ retention while leverage existing client relationships to upsell & cross sell additional programs, products, and services.
  • Service and retain accounts by addressing on-going customer feedback and assuring appropriate follow up transpires quickly.
  • Maintain and update subject matter expertise regarding current programs, products, and services.
  • Sell new accounts via assigned account prospects.
  • Assist with data collection from accounts as required (e.g., EDT).
  • Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings.
  • Complete accurate sales contracts for orders, including pricing and payment terms in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Utilize and maintain call and prospecting activity reporting.
  • Maintain, complete, and submit paperwork/reports in accordance with guidelines, to include weekly sales logs, call reports, account files, account recovery forms.
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education/experience.
  • 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong customer service skills with a talent for persuading, influencing, and negotiating when acquiring new business.
  • Organizational and time management skills are a must in addition to excellent verbal/written communication and problem solving.
  • Full use of dependable, insured automobile that is in current compliance with provincial law to utilize while visiting account base in assigned territory.
