Responsibilities



Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Business Development:

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Lead Management:

Convert leads into active projects, managing them through the sales process and tracking their progress.

Contract Negotiations:

Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and effectively close deals.

Work Order Management:

Handle multiple work orders simultaneously, managing a set of clients and ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Manage Assigned Jobs:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and adherence to client specifications.

Client & Project Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.

KPI & Performance Monitoring:

Consistently meet or exceed job management KPIs, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Communication:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth job execution and meet client expectations.

Problem-Solving:

Identify, address, and resolve any project-related challenges, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of project details, tracking progress, and ensuring proper reporting on job status.

Database Management:

Utilize the internal database to track sales activities, manage accounts, and generate performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively suggest and implement process improvements, staying updated on industry trends to enhance job performance.

Event Attendance:

May be asked to attend events, meetings, or industry functions to represent the company and build client relationships.

Skills



Client Relationship Management:

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain clear, consistent updates with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Project Management:

Sales & Business Development:

Expertise in identifying new business opportunities, converting leads, and negotiating contracts to secure deals.

Ability to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

Time Management:

Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work orders at once, prioritizing effectively to ensure timely project delivery.

KPI & Performance Tracking:

Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, meet targets, and qualify for performance-based incentives.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Negotiation Skills:

Confidence and expertise in leading negotiations with clients to secure favorable contracts and close deals.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to maintain accurate records, track project progress, and ensure all documentation is up to date and organized.

Database Management:

Proficiency in using internal databases to track sales activities, manage accounts, and generate performance reports.

Adaptability & Flexibility:

Ability to adjust to changing client needs, project scopes, or internal processes while maintaining high performance.
