Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Assist in managing corporate accounts across Canada/USA.
Analyze sales data to optimize sell-through and profitability at stores.
Work closely on a team with another Account Manager.
Help in finalizing orders, optimizing carts and executing during the season.
Project and forecast quantities for upcoming seasons.
Assist in building sales presentations, reports, and seasonal recaps.
Contribute to a strong team environment by proactively identifying and addressing accounts needs.
Handle communication, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (or similar) in progress or completed.
A strong drive to excel and a willingness to go above and beyond.
Professional and positive demeanor, showing respect for colleagues and customers alike.
Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through effective relationship building.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel occasionally throughout the year, with a valid passport.
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
KPIs
Grow total sales within your accounts by selling more products or to new customers.
Build customer satisfaction scores
Grow our customer's profitability. Their success is our success.
Stay ahead of your PreFlight scores - our internal guidance system for getting key tasks completed.
Total Rewards
We offer a competitive compensation package based on education, experience and demonstrated performance.
Annual wage range:
$45,000-$55,000 + annually, with incentives and bonuses.
Final offer will be based on experience.

Seasonal plant allowance.
Annual wage review in January; performance reviews conducted twice per year (January & August).
